Information on this website — including programme descriptions, the class timetable, and studio information — is provided for general informational purposes. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but class times, availability and programme details may change between terms; always confirm directly with the studio before making arrangements.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the enquiry form or contacting us by phone or WhatsApp does not itself constitute a confirmed class booking. A trial class or enrolment is only confirmed once the studio has responded directly and agreed arrangements with you.
Intellectual property
The JJDC name, logo, and original content on this website (including studio photography once supplied) belong to Jo Jackson Dance Company or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Official apparel
Official JJDC branded apparel is required for examinations, competitions, workshops, performances and travelling teams, as described on the Programs page. Specific ordering arrangements are handled directly with the studio.
Limitation of liability
While we make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available, JJDC does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content in place of direct confirmation with the studio.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
